Now, that's really naughty

Nival (or should I say Ubisoft?) you shouldn't have done this. Heroes of Might and Magic 5 is (among other things) a child-related product too. I mean, extreme violence is ok, medieval intrigues too, but this is simply no way to advertise.

Anyway. Enough with being funny. Let me just admit the utter brilliance of HOMM5 and move on. Perhaps to some nice free games or even OXO (the first video game ever).

  2. At the age of 23 I don't think I should have laughed as much as I did when I saw that...

It's gotta be intentional... It's just too obvious to be a mistake right? Is this official artwork? I wonder how they snuck it past the maketing department...

Oh, and the pic is quite official too, as it's a screengrab from the ad that (still?) appears at eurogamer.

    Respects to HOMM!

    Cheers to both!!

  6. In Russia, it's the cover art also (though the... hilt is partially covered by Ubisoft logo).
What language are you playing that in?
Russian version looks like a bad translation.

  8. Heck, I dont blame a guy for armoring up his unit back then... Having your unit stand beside you during battle is one of the most important things!
If its not armored up your unit probably wont have the balls to support you through battle!

Plus in war your unit gets a bonus if married- The ball and chain, which comes in handy and can pull off some real combo moves for extra damage!!

  9. Ok fine, dont take my battle tactics seriously..... ;)

I can see where this could actually happen tho'

Theres been a time or two that I have done this myself in some drawings and never even noticed it till I would show them to a friend. Then I would hear " What the hell is that?? OMG Dude "!

So then I would have to change everything around... makes for a good laugh!
